A Guided Wilderness Hike Just for You
Have you ever wondered WHAT’S OUT THERE beyond the Ranger Station? Here is an opportunity to go where you may have never ventured before. While this hike is designed to accommodate your personal ability, it is essential that participants be in good physical condition, able to spend up to six hours on the trail at eight to nine thousand feet elevation. We will talk about equipment, hiking technique, pacing yourself, and the ten essentials for safety in the high wilderness. This will be a gentle hike with time to experience the joy of being a part of nature, stopping along the way to take advantage of educational opportunities to learn about and appreciate this special place even more!
